The regulatory project to open the country to tourists after the Covid-19 epidemic is scheduled to begin on the 26th of this month. A discussion was held yesterday (14) at the Ministry of Tourism under the patronage of the Minister in charge of the subject, Prasanna Ranatunga, regarding the problems that may arise during the implementation of this project and the solutions related to it.

Secretary to the Ministry Mr. Hettiarachchi, Chairman of the Airport and Aviation Company Major (Retd.) G.A. Chandrasiri, Deputy Chairman Mr. Rajiva Suriyaarachchi, Tourism Development Authority Chairperson Ms. Kirmali Fernando, Director General Mr. Dhammika Wijeratne and Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority Captain Mr. Themiya Abeywickrema were also present.

The discussion focused on the successful implementation of the project, which was also attended by health officials.
