Conditions of Sale

• The Auction will be conducted in accordance with the strict guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, adhering to COVID 19 protocol.
• On the view days, buyers will be taken in batches for inspection. 
• Entrance    : By a non refundable Ticket of Rs. 2,000.00 per person & a refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 per person on the day of Auction. The Gate will be opened at 9.00 am for 
• Registration. Prospective buyers will be taken to the auction venue on a first come first serve basis & limited to 300 seats as per the Health Ministry guidelines.
• Payment    : Non – refundable initial deposit of 25% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance 75% & Removal within 01 hour after the auction or latest by 3:00 pm on Friday 31st July 2020.
• The Management of AASL has the right to withdraw any vehicle (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
• The decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
